In our Tech Innovation Zone, we will be holding 2 pitching sessions throughout the day in the Main Lecture Theatre, an opportunity for innovators to present their company and investment ask in a dynamic 5-minute slot, before having 5 minutes of Q&A with our panel of investors. We encourage innovators from across multiple different sectors to apply (i.e. energy, transport, waste, materials, agriculture etc). We will have one session in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Please fill out the form below to apply for the chance to pitch at our conference. We will shortlist candidates after the deadline has passed with the help of expert adjudicators and let companies know if they have been successful in advance of the conference.

NB: Pitching companies will also need to buy a ticket for the event – this is to help cover our event costs as a Not-For-Profit and ensure a high-quality event for you!

  • Applications must be submitted through the Oxfordshire Greentech Pitching Application form on the CSC26 website, no other methods of application will be valid
  • Applications must be received (in full) by the Pitching Application deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • A ticket for CSC26 must have been purchased for your Pitching Application to be considered. If applicants have not purchased a ticket for the event before the application deadline, your Pitching Application will not be considered.
  • If your Pitching Application is successful Oxfordshire Greentech will reimburse the cost of one named individual’s CSC26 ticket prior to the event. Strictly one complementary ticket per organisation who have been successfully selected to pitch.
  • No cash alternative is available
  • Ticket refunds will not be made available if your application is unsuccessful. However, we look forward to welcoming you to the CSC26 event as a delegate.
  • The deadline for CSC26 Pitching Applications is Friday 28 August at 17:00 (window open for 8 weeks)
  • Applicants will be notified whether they have been successfully selected on or before Friday 11 September (9 working days to review and decide successful applicants – work starts after BH weekend)
