Can I buy multiple tickets at once?
No, all tickets must be booked individually to ensure that we receive all the required delegate information. Please get in touch if you have any issues with this.
What are the different ticketing pricing options?
Our ticket prices are arranged by organisation type and size, with discounts for our Oxfordshire Greentech members.
Please note there are a limited number of early bird discount tickets available for each of these categories.
We additionally have tickets available that include exhibiting or pitching opportunities. Get in touch to discuss at admin@oxfordshiregreentech.co.uk
Are earlybird discounts available?
Yes – we have a limited number of earlybird tickets available, and once they’re gone, they’re gone!
What are you doing to ensure the event is sustainable?
Our catering
Our catering at the event will be entirely vegetarian and vegan, and provided the Rhodes House Catering team. They create delicious, seasonal menus served in an elegant and welcoming environment. They source fresh, local ingredients to create dishes bursting with beauty and flavour.
Our venue
Rhodes House is committed to environmental responsibility and monitors and minimises its environmental impact as much as practicably possible. As part of the University of Oxford, they are committed to working towards the institution-wide targets for net zero carbon emissions and biodiversity net gain by 2035 as detailed in the University’s Environmental Sustainability Strategy. Transport
We will be promoting and facilitating low-carbon transport options for our delegates, speakers, volunteers and performers.
Waste and materials
Our event resources will be solely virtual to cut down on paper waste. We will also use specially designed lanyards made of FSC-certified paper, which are a more sustainable alternative to usual nylon or plastic lanyards.
What is your refund policy?
If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the event, please get in touch with us to discuss options. However, please be aware that refunds cannot be guaranteed and will not be accepted if you cancel within 7 days of the conference.
Can you accommodate my accessibility needs/dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Our venue has extensive accessibility measures in place, and our caterers are able to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements. Please see here to find out more about accessibility at Rhodes House.
